Families & Executors

Managing a family estate — whether the property needs to be cleared and cleaned in preparation for sale, transfer, or new occupancy. These jobs often come at a difficult time, and we work respectfully, systematically, and at a pace that works for you.

We handle the physical work so families can focus on what matters. The scope is agreed in advance, and nothing is removed or discarded without authorization.

Hoarding Situations

These are difficult circumstances, and we approach them without judgment. Whether you're managing the situation personally or on behalf of a family member, we bring professional expertise and a structured, methodical process to restoring the property to a safe and liveable condition.

Our GBAC-trained technicians are equipped to handle biological contamination — including rodent activity and other conditions that standard cleaning teams are not trained or equipped for.

From general long-term buildup through to heavily soiled surfaces — every room, every surface, addressed with the appropriate product and technique.

Rodent activity, bodily fluid contamination, and other biohazard conditions — handled safely by GBAC-trained technicians using correct PPE and remediation protocols.

Appliances & Fixtures

Inside appliances, plumbing fixtures, cabinet interiors, and all built-in elements — restored to a functional, clean standard regardless of prior condition.

Overhead & Ventilation

Vents, ductwork, ceiling fixtures, and overhead areas — areas that accumulate contamination in long-term situations and are rarely addressed by general cleaning teams.

Item Sorting & Removal

On request, we can coordinate removal of accumulated items and debris as part of the cleanout scope. Nothing is discarded without your authorization.

We work methodically room by room — not randomly. Each space is completed and signed off before moving to the next, so progress is measurable and the scope is always visible.

What You Can
Expect from Us

GBAC-certified biological safety. Our technicians are GBAC-trained in infection control and contamination remediation — equipped with correct PPE, chemical protocols, and disposal procedures for biohazard conditions. This is not something standard cleaning teams are qualified to handle.

Discretion as standard. We arrive in unmarked or discreet vehicles on request. Our team understands the sensitivity of these engagements and conducts all work professionally and without drawing attention.

One point of contact. From first call through to project completion, you deal with the same person. No confusion about who's coming, what's been authorized, or what's left to do.

Written scope before any work begins. We don't start until you've agreed to and signed off on the full scope. You know exactly what's being done, in what order, and at what cost — before we touch anything.

Our Process

Methodical from
Start to Finish

Estate and hoarding cleanouts follow the same structured methodology as every Wilson & Farr engagement — scaled to the demands of the environment.

Assess

We walk the property with you before any work begins. Soiling levels, biological conditions, structural concerns, and item disposition are all identified and documented. The scope is confirmed in writing before we start.

Remove & Sort

Accumulated items and material are removed and sorted before cleaning begins. On request, we coordinate hauling and disposal — but nothing is discarded without your explicit authorization. Hazardous material, biological contamination, and items identified for retention are handled and set aside appropriately.

Clean

Once the space is cleared, we work top to bottom, room by room — applying the correct chemistry and PPE for each surface and condition. Biological contamination is addressed using GBAC-level protocols. Each room is completed fully before we advance. Progress is communicated to you throughout.

Clear

Before we leave, every space is walked against the original scope and verified. You do a final walkthrough with us. If anything falls short of what was agreed, we address it before closing out the job.
