Before we pick up a single tool, we already know the condition of the space, which products we're using, and what order the work happens in. Here's how that breaks down.
Every job starts with a walkthrough. We note surface types, how heavy the soiling is, any contamination risk, and anything unusual about the space. Everything that follows depends on getting this step right.
From the walkthrough, we choose the cleaning agents, dilutions, and equipment for each surface. A product that works on tile can damage vinyl, so we don't carry one default product for everything.
We work high to low and from dirty areas toward clean ones, which prevents cross-contamination and means nothing gets missed. Products are given their proper dwell time instead of being wiped off too soon.
Before we leave, we check each area against the notes from the walkthrough. Anything we flagged on arrival has to be resolved before we pack up. We'd rather catch a miss ourselves than hear about it from you.
